People with dementia are not "like a child" unless their childhood was filled with fear and confusion and anger because they had no control of their thoughts and memories. And then the physical symptoms come along and they are brutal, causing horrible physical and emotional pain.

I worked in Alzheimer's units and he definitely has dementia. I've given people the cognitive test that he claims to have "aced" three times and I highly doubt he aced any of them.

I’m old enough to know the difference, but I never could tell them apart. When I was little I thought they were the same person.

My entire neighborhood is not only diverse, but my block has people from at least 3 different countries with 3 different languages. I love it and I’ve been learning Spanish and Portuguese for the last few years. I can’t imagine being so dull that you want everyone to be just like you.
