A lot depends on the paint you're using, as far as thinning. I'm a HUGE fan of the airbrush, and IMO, it's always better to go thinner w/ more passes. That being said, you wanna keep the brush ~3" or less from the model, because the last thing you want is the paint drying before it hits the model!

SAME! I have been looking at models, but then see the price tag and... ouch. Plus, I really do prefer tinier toys these days, at least until my eyes completely give out!

One of the BEST bit sets I got for my Dremel is their carving and engraving set. So many useful heads that normally go for $5 each, in a set of 11 for just over $15!

Anyone in the #ttrpg, #miniatures, #maker, #crafting, #Warhammer, etc spaces, it's time to call/email/etc your reps. Imagine, you load an stl to print up a space marine model and the censorware falsely tags a bolter as a firearm component. Beyond that, it will censor journalists and researchers too.

I have so many square bases that I'll prolly never use. At least, not for my own collection... Rounds are my pref because I think they represent melee range (and look better, IMO)

This is the way! I'm in the same boat, and sometimes turn to a mechanical version of compressed air, but, you can never avoid ALL the cat hair. It makes the minis more meaningful :) Thank for paying the "cat tax"!

I don't normally go for goblins, as I'm more a kobold kinda guy, but loving the way these are looking!
