BREAKING: Dems Remember They Can Play Hardball, Too Virginia voters decide turnabout is fair play—at least for four years.

"Democrats and liberals have likely wrestled Republicans and Trumpists to a draw in the great redistricting war. It’s impressive...Democrats held their own in this contest of political hardball, liberals stepped up and fought back in this bare-knuckle struggle." open.substack.com/pub/thebulwa...

Senator Murray on Republicans Releasing Their Budget Resolution to Cut Another Blank Check for ICE & Border Patrol | United States Senate Committee on Appropriations United States Senate Committee on Appropriations

Instead of doing literally anything to lower costs, Republicans are now racing to give ICE & CBP another $70 billion without ANY accountability.

Families want relief from sky-high prices, not more of their tax dollars thrown at a rogue agency that doesn’t respect their rights.

Warsh may be a reasonable guy and capable economist just playing a role here. But if integrity and independence are qualities we value in a Fed Chief, he does not have them.

Every nominee who dodges this question tells us that they have no meaningful commitment to American democracy.

I don’t think we talk nearly enough about the fact that corporations like Amazon, don’t pay a single cent to maintain the roads they use, the transportation system they use, the courts they use, they pay nothing for the infrastructure that is absolutely critical to their business.

WE Pay for

Clavicular, the Looksmaxxing guy that is only 20 years old and a complete mess, OD'd on his Kick live. He's in the hospital. This is who's out there influencing kids. We need some serious mental healthcare in this country.

The entire country has seemingly hallucinated an ultra woke 2024 campaign that featured a far left progressive candidate who lost in a massive landslide election. None of that happened!

Hey, look at Substack promoting Andrew Tate as the #1 new bestseller. The company's amoral leadership & backers will platform anyone, even ludicrously toxic rapists & human traffickers.

‘Everyone is Replaceable’: Death Rattles Oregon Amazon Facility A worker died at Amazon’s Troutdale warehouse last week. Employees were told to look away.

For more than a week, Amazon has managed to keep a death at its Troutdale, Oregon, facility out of public view.

Workers I spoke to are pissed.

A weird thing is that whenever I post criticism of Al, the majority of the people agreeing with me seem to be leftists. It's pretty much the only position I hold that seems to be more popular with the left than the right. It should be the opposite. My whole point about Al (especially Al in creative fields) is that it isn't human, it doesn't have a soul, and we cannot surrender our society to an unhuman soulless algorithm even if it makes our lives easier in some ways. It's very strange that an argument predicated on the existence of the soul resonates with the left while conservatives tend to scoff at it.

One of the ways news media often fail us is by giving us the microscopic rather than the telescopic view. Everything I mention in this essay is well-documented, but the dots are mostly not connected to make visible this death by a thousand cuts our country is undergoing.

I need everyone to understand this is eugenics in action—not just “quackery.” Much like the “anti vax” movement as a whole.

Things that help calm the nervous system, quickly:

- Box breathing (in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4, repeat)
- Immerse your face in cold water (activates mammalian dive reflex)
- Humming (stimulates vagus nerve)
- Exercise (anything helps, outside even better)
- Impeachment and removal

Right, simply entertaining this challenge as if it's remotely legitimate is already discrediting.

If there's a single vote to end birthright citizenship, we need to take this Supreme Court apart with sledgehammers and start over.

Anything less than a 9-0 decision affirming the clear, plain language of the amendment that you are a citizen if born upon these shores is a sign of corruption and bad faith that calls for massive, radical reform.

Pete Hegseth removed 4 decorated Army officers—2 Black, 2 women—from a promotion list. The Army Secretary refused, calling their records exemplary. Hegseth overrode it. Possibly illegally. They gave decades to this country. He erased them & called it meritocracy.
This is white Christian nationalism.
