seasonings: everything bagel. I use it a lot in Asian food bc it has just about the same things I’d use anyway to top it. Also on avocado toast or eggs. Umami mushroom seasoning is p good w/chicken. and whatever u normally use lol. I’m usually low on everything when I make my way there.

Their teriyaki frozen meal is great. If you have an air fryer, the orange chicken. If you like Indian food, all their chicken & veg dishes are great. The pork dumplings are good as well. My bf likes their frozen salmon, and chicken tendies (sometimes he layers sauce & motz w/tendies and bakes it)

savory thin mini crackers to eat w/hummus. plantain chips (sweet), freeze dried strawberries, crispy crunchy okra, crispy onion chips. Random cheeses & Genoa salami

Oh their GF stuff is really solid, too!! And their charcuterie selection is chefs kiss. I’d use my leftover cheese for macaroni and cheese lol

Their produce is so expensive but some was ok for the price like the broccoli and salad mixes. Unsure if your location would have these, but we get Kahwa 1893 and Silverback Coffee. Both black owned but Kahwa is women owned and both are like $15+ in reg stores.

Depends on what you get. I had to stop getting their fresh steam bag broccoli bc their manu didnt wash it well enough and a little caterpillar would be like 🐛. The frozen food is good tho. Some meat is too. nuts are p cheep & they have decent whole bean coffee that is cheaper than the other stores
