YouTube surpassed itself. While watching a 30 minute video I was served up a 2 hr 54 min "advert". It was a Sky Sports broadcast of what looked like an equestrian competition. Yes, I skipped it.

When you wrap your head around the idea that Trump is working for Putin, everything makes sense. Most of the world outside the US realised this as early as 2016. Far too many within the US still haven't grasped it.

Today when I think of Gaza, I think of "Guernica", painting by Picasso. Guernica was a small town in Spain where Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy practiced their Blitzkreig techniques before unleashing them across Europe in a land grab.

It's the lies! Their own supporters may be dumb enough to believe this, but the peeps in Spain and France and Germany.... they're not. Other countries are sick of being lied about. US reputation has tanked... for generations to come. No trust left.

Years ago I settled down to watch TV and a documentary came on called "John's Not Mad". I never forgot that documentary. To learn about this neurological condition was unsettling and horrifying. To find today that there is still so much misunderstanding of it shocked me. Leave John alone.

Next you'll be demanding that a paraplegic in a wheelchair apologise for not standing up during a standing ovation. I'm sure that must "hurt" the performers on stage.

The misconduct is passing confidential UK gov info to Epstein whilst a gov official, basically betraying his country. Other charges will come. If the misconduct has a sexual nexus that's an aggravating factor. Max sentence is life imprisonment.

Nah, Rubio's speech came off as the self-justification used by abusive spouses to make excuses for why they did what they did. He knows Trump has gone too far re Europe and NATO so is trying to walk it back by making it Europe's fault.

What kind of alliance? One that's shredded, not worth the paper any agreements were written on. Trust is gone and will be slow to return if it ever does. Maybe our grandkids will trust the US again, but betrayal is hard to forget or get past.

US politicians of all stripes may be trying to convince the rest of the world that Trump will be gone in 3 years and things can get back to "normal". They forget that those that enabled trump will still be there and we don't trust them either. This will take generations.

Trump's been whiffling about leaving NATO for years. I wonder if this change in public statements is a result of their obvious miscalculation over the strength of feeling about Greenland coming from Europe.
