I love Yarlington Mill, but again as an aged one, this is beyond exceptional.
I'd recommend everyone buy your bottles and lay them down for a couple of years!

Filling gaps in our perry pear orchard. These are 2-year-old Eyewood trees, the graftwood was from an ancient pear tree in a nearby cider orchard. A healthy tree and regular cropper, the perry keeves and is easy drinking.
With 60 trees to plant, mostly Eyewood, is this the future of Dorset perry? 😉

Emergency bottling! Apple picking and pressing were put on hold today as we'd sold out of 500ml bottles of Whisky Barrel Aged cider. 😮
It is such a popular cider at this time of year, so we had to get this bottling done. It made a pleasant change to take photos of something other than fruit too. 😉
