Fabulous spring day, worn out by garden 🌱 work, resting in the shelter. Got some refreshment and a view, practically perfect in every way 😎.

Had some some of the heritage one in a meal tonight with tomatoes, potatoes and yogurt tonight. Delicious.

Dried chilli’s on the drying mat lining of a fruit dryer. Fruits are generally red with some yellow ones.

The plan was dry the fruits, create powder by putting them in the coffee grinder! Then pot the powder to Christmas tree gifts.

2 painted metal ornamental chicken watch a real live wood pigeon in a cast stone bird bath which is in a rose bed. The roses are still in bloom. On the edge of a lush green grass lawn are 2 cast stone ornamental animals (dog and giant snail) enjoying the morning sun.

Had a great day out at a local wildlife centre. It was fun, lots to see. After 2 hours heavy rain curtailed the visit.

4 different types of chilli, mainly red in plastic containers after harvesting. Label in each container tells what it is and how hot measured in Scoville Heat Units.

Time for chilli harvest. It’s been a good year 👏👏🌱🌶️.

I haven’t really done anything with them in the past as the harvests have been small, this year is really good and the grapes are sweet. 🌱
