Idk, it's hard to be honest with people. If I get asked how I'm doing and answer with anything other than "fine" then I'm just offloading that stress onto someone else without taking it off of my shoulders. I'd just be disrupting other peoples vibe, it'd be cruel.

And like, how would I ever broach that with anyone else? I don't like having people worry about me, whenever people talk about my life I am desperate to change the subject cause I feel I'll inevitably start going on a tangent that drains everyone else of the will to speak to me.

Like I've basically given up hope on so many things, the climate emergency, political change, ever owning my own house, finding a romantic partner, getting into the career I want.
