I’m not so sure about mavericks. It’s a bit like the West Ham way or Man Utd attack attack attack or spurs being spursy - it’s in our minds but is it real ? I’ve been watching palace a long time and sure we’ve had mavericks but we’ve probably had more years or dull workmanlike grind.
