About a year ago I was approached by Scholastic to pitch sketch ideas for the reprinting of Animorphs. After cryingscreamingbarfing I said YES OF COURSE. I am so grateful to have been chosen and for the enthusiasm everyone has expressed so far. David Mattingly left me some very big shoes to fill!

I judge hardcore on the fic length to chapter count ratio for longfics now. I know some ppl like short chapters, but min 2k per chapter has generally been a good litmus test to whether a fic has potential or not lol

My life has been so much better since I've hidden stats, I don't even miss it. I kept my own stats page but I can only judge other fics by word/chapter count stats now and it's beautiful 🤝
