Western red colobus monkeys (Piliocolobus badius) are native to West Africa. Primarily arboreal, they run, leap, and swing through all levels of the rainforest, rarely descending to the ground. Threatened by hunting and habitat loss, populations are fragmented and decreasing. Listed as Endangered.
A new data from NGO Auriga Nusantara reveals a 66% spike in forest loss across Indonesia. Satellite data shows that government-backed projects and poor spatial planning now threaten to derail the nation’s 2030 climate goals.

Do you know if it is worth going in the next few days? It seems like everything is inaccessible at this time of year. Thanks.

So today, we're in court to fight it.
Please help us stop this cruel, cynical scheme by giving now to the Freedom Defense Fund.
