I started watching it and thought the first episode was brilliant and told people to watch it, then I hated it by the second episode and haven’t gone back to it. Is it good overall? I just thought the the way they behaved in episode two was so not how people would behave in that situation

I don’t think it’s that they’re smarter than people think- its more that they’re smarter than people want to think so humans can justify their continual abuse and exploitation of them
Last year I read Are We Smart Enough to Know How Smart Animals Are? by Frans de Waal and am now disconcerted that each article about common animals I've read since is "uh, probably smarter than we think."
