They have an offer currently to get free velcro straps with purchase, but CS said that the straps were sold out. So my order didn't get any.

yea its ridiculous... and I was always pretty vocal with my support of the subscription to various friends when it would come up in convo, even when the price increased this year..... this though; I can no longer justify it.

When I joined it was $199/yr which was great value at the time, then they bumped it to $225/yr which I could excuse due to inflation, etc.. then $275/yr this past year was a big jump and I was on the fence, even though I enjoyed the service. This new increase is just outrageous

I just cancelled mine.. I was paying yearly and it was already 275/yr, next year was going to be over $400/yr (CAD) a $125/yr increase...
