Before she was murdered, Amal Khalil was sent a threat on WhatsApp by somebody with an Israeli number.
Journalist Jeremy Loffredo then reached out to that number and the individual was unsurprisingly unapologetic about murdering journalists.

Things i did today to self soothe:
Chicken soup with vegetable scrapes i had saved in the freezer, then sprayed the chicken thighs with olive oil and put it in the oven for an extra crunch.
It's unbearable to scroll past posts about harassers & abusers, victims' statements, then go on about your day with all the personal traumas erupting on a deeper level, allowing you to function with a taste of vomit up your throat. Almost impossible to be a girl and not have gone through that.
Couldnt lay it down upon arriving to my destinations. I am on the verge of texting her asking for book recommendations.
