Honestly the part 1/2 anime in a vacuum as the first time anybody seriously attempted a jojo anime feel a bit weird and I feel like sometimes the signs of that are evident like with how cut down part 1 is compared to how later parts are adapted. Still great though

It’s difficult even comparing SC to PB or BT with how much grander it is in scale. It doesn’t succeed in every area, character focus can feel lopsided and there are some. Questionable moments in the first half, but part 3 is still something special
