E-motos are faster and heavier than e-bikes and we don't want them confused with each other, putting e-bike access at risk.

SB6110 clarifies these definitions. Sign in PRO before Mon 1/26 to show your support!

Articles like this one spread confusion about e-motos, which are often marketed as e-bikes, but are distinctly more powerful and go much faster. We're working to cut through the noise in the 2026 legislative session in Olympia.
