This summit was held in San Antonio, TX from Nov 12-14, 1992. The event was co-chaired by Dr. Angel Ramos and Susan Karchmer and highlighted three key pillars: Education, Community, & Family. As part of the conference, the NHCDHH, now called Council de Manos, was officially established.
