I feel so dumb for being shocked that she’s went so far down hill. She’s in her 90’s but she was literally just in the hospital for broken ribs and now she’s been unresponsive for days.

Looks like im gonna be losing my great grandmother sooner rather than later. I’m literally so heart broken and I don’t have a way to go in to say goodbye before she passes and I’m not sure I’ll even be able to make it to the funeral. My heart breaks so much for my papa I love him so much
