Finally, I moved my last project from Heroku to Kamal+Hetzner.
Over 11 years I paid $3970 for Heroku hobby projects
Lately running ANY experiment app cost me ~$24/mo (webserver, postgres, worker).
Now I'll be paying ~$5/mo per project for much more compute.
More power. More freedom. More projects!

2) give you a step-by-step instruction what to do in Hetzner, Github and Docker Hub

GitLab stock feels undervalued.
I bought ScreenFlow 9.
Recently I started getting a banner "Keep 9 or upgrade to 10.
I had to always annoyingly "skip".
Now, it updated itself.
And software that I bought once suddenly is a subscription 💩
Reaching the limit of the $200 Claude plan is hard, but in the last 7 days I really pushed Claude Code desktop a lot

🇺🇦 government too. but unfortunately for Ukraine it is a matter of political balancing and pleasing 🇺🇸 to have support.
🇬🇧 has zero good reason to subjugate itself to 🇺🇸 surveillance software. build your own! 🤣
I can't imagine EU companies with government contracts using GitHub 2 years from now.
It will be private GitLab instances.

I have great results when asking Claude to review code as popular tech people:
"Adam Wathan" gives great advice on CSS & DOM structure
"Jason Fried" - on trimming down feature scope
"DHH" - not over-engineering, RESTful, naming things
I used to love that musical but since recently it feels like it aged poorly
