Als ex-Lehramtsstudi und Dozentin würde ich sagen einen Bezug herzustellen ist wichtig, auch wenn nur in 1-2Einheiten. Kann, wie du selbst schreibst mit Lehrbüchern gemacht werden, aber auch Studis herausfinden lassen, wo im Lehrplan die Inhalte der LV dazu passen ist eine gute Idee. 1/2

Ich thematisiere am Anfang des Semesters Spielregeln und Pünktlichkeit gehört dazu. Das reduziert das chronische zu spät kommen. Sonderfälle gibt es immer (Probleme mit Kita- oder Arbeitszeiten, etc), das wird aber dann abgesprochen und ist nicht so störend, weil man das auch einplanen kann.

This would trip me up. I'd expect at least a "welche" before the "ohne Milch", so to me this is ungrammatical. It would be different in spoken German, but only if there was a noticeable break between the und and "ohne Milch" that would suggest an unsuccessful search for the word laktosefreie.
