yeah pretty much this. i can copy paste my whole factory on a whim in factorio (provided i have the logi infrastructure).

i will say though that i never had performance issues with it. granted i never made any huge factories either.

it's weird cause i have the polar opposite opinion. satisfactory is fine but nothing beats factorio's scaling and the *ability that it gives you* to scale. i found satisfactory way too cumbersome for building large things. maybe i didn't play deep enough into it?

go with what you have more to say with! other projects will always be there.
