Friends had their first Christmas in Spain & it was the wettest on record. Dams are full and overflowing. A couple of weeks ago we went to Morocco for a week (90 day rule) from Spain & were diverted from Tétouan to Tangier because the runway was under water. 5/7 days were cold with persistent rain.
