Just some shots from the last month that I haven't posted before.

i still have it but it's honestly impossible to read back on bc of my handwriting 💀 my penmanship is something that's genuinely never improved since childhood and the fact that i was always in class and always sad/angry/anxious when i wrote in it definitely didn't help

i used to keep a physical journal in my last 2 years of school and i wrote in it almost daily but only because i was writing in it IN CLASS when i was actively avoiding doing my actual work and then i wouldn't touch it on weekends at all. just too much effort to actually pull it out at home 😭

i've used the notes app and i've dabbled with the apple journaling app but neither are really what i want in a digital daily journal. i like writing pen on paper but a) much more executive function needed for that, 2) HORRIBLE handwriting 😭 ...so if anyone has any recommendations 😅🙏🏻

i want to try to get into the habit of daily journaling/reflecting. i've journaled a lot before both physically and digitally but i often only write a journal entry when something major happens, whereas i'd like to journal daily or almost daily. i enjoy it when i do it but it's hard to do it daily 😭
