I’ve deactivated a lot of my social media and did some digital tomb sweeping today. It feels good to let go.

I don’t know why I’ve been intimidated to use my giant pieces of paper. But I’m starting on my big drawing journey right now lol.

Like right now I’m really into prehistoric Asia, and if I try to find some of this information on the internet… the English results are one dimensional.

The photo translation apps might be inaccurate, but they’ve provided me with an introduction to a whole other world of cultural nuances.

One of my favorite things to do at a bookstore in a foreign country is to buy books in the native language… and spend my days translating each page with a photo translation app. The results are not very accurate, but it does help me to find deeper topics (that may not be in English).

I stayed until the end and was utterly disappointed.

I’m like a tortoise right now. I don’t really need Lemon8 right now… but maybe I should get the hang of it if I stick around longer term lol.
