i think back on my youth as an angry conservative kid who loved guns and spent way too much time online. i thank my lucky stars every day that i met good people as a young man who had the patience and foresight to guide me out of that stage of my life.

Stats should be presented like this instead of life expectancy. Everyone "knows" the average life expectancy was 30s-40s for most of history but...that's because so many babies and children died that it skewed the results.

Reminding everyone again that SNAP makes money and keeps (mostly) the elderly and children from starving. It is the ideal government program. It solves a problem and stimulates growth simultaneously. This bill is an abomination.
