A work in progress drawing of characters from A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Surrounding the characters is a sketched border designed filled with diamond patterns, apple branches, bees (and beehives), dragons and a stag to represent the sigils of the characters participating the group jousting challenge called the "Trial of the Seven". Starting on the left is the largest portrait depicting Ser Duncan the Tall, behind him are smaller portraits of Tanselle and Egg(Prince Aegon). In the foreground are full body figures of Raymund Fossoway being knighted by Lyonel Baratheon, the Lord of Storm's End so that he may join the fray. Cropped at the bottom left side of the composition are the written vows every knight takes.

At the base of a spiral staircase, Elric stands over a green scaled demon. He draws back the long blade of Stormbringer in a two-handed grip. A black trail of motion can be seen at the end of the blade as it begins to sweep overhead and down for a killing blow. His clothes are torn to shreds and blood trails down the pure white skin of his chest and thigh. The demon bears its fans and it’s fore claws grip Elric’s leg

LORDS of LOTHLORIEN - The two elves Galadriel and Celeborn, in the foreground, from behind, look at each other smiling lovingly. He waves her to proceed to the elf who, in front of them and in front of a crowd of other smiling elves, offers them tiaras on a leaf-shaped tray. In the background they catch a glimpse of the elven city perched in the giant trees of Lothlòrien.

Third illustration I made for the Galadriel's collective Artbook. This one represents the moment when Galadriel and Celeborn agreed to become Lords of Lothlórien. I really loved to paint them as a loving couple! 🥰
