La Cour européenne se penche sur l’affaire Luc Besson Après le non-lieu de sa plainte pour viols contre le cinéaste, l’actrice Sand Van Roy a saisi la CEDH, estimant que l’enquête avait été incomplète et que son intégrité physique et morale n’avait pas été respectée. Sa requête vient d’être jugée recevable par la Cour européenne.
