Great day with my family on Friday graduating as a Doctor of Sport & Exercise Psychology. Getting here took longer than planned and I had frequently questioned whether it was worth it! Glad I pushed through. The graduation ceremony was a nice way to celebrate this chapter coming to a close.
The most enjoyable piece of work from my ProfDoc has made it to print! I think this is the first piece of sport psychology research exploring stress in women's cycling - it is definitely the first to use an ethnodrama! Thanks to Amy, Hayley & Angela for efforts to sort.

Great couple of days at #DSEP2024 in Belfast. Excellent keynotes, delegate presentations (including mine🤣) and plenty of networking! Much to digest and reflect on. Thank you to everyone involved. Looking forward to next year already….
