This is simply untenable. There is no way forward with media and political classes captured by the right. Every time someone commits a crime you have to pray it's not an undesirable or it's purge time, then when it turns out to be themselves again they just shrug and wait for the next one.

If it was reconstructed with stone a few years ago a second surface dressing a few years later is very good practice and often not done.

Standard procedure. Surface dressing is done on 1,000s of Km of local roads annual.

Very effective at restoring skid resistance and sealing surface. Should be done on roads in good structural condition, I.e. no pothole or severe cracking.
