Made Tuna Melts! 1st time as fish & cheese always sounded gross to me. Mine had:
-Tuna w/ olive oil
-celery, shallots, dill, Green Onion, chives
-lemon juice
-Kewpie Mayo
-pickled chili peppers/jalapeños
-Cholula

Made sume Gumbo! Brown sausage in a pot, remove, then cook chicken thighs, remove, add 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 stick of butter and patiently stir a cup of flour bit by bit on med till roux browns. Add green pepper, celery & onion plus proteins (sausage, chicken, shrimp) seasonings below @extranapkins.net
We dug up this extremely obscure movie from the 1940's called Citizen Kane and did a review of it for our bonus episode this month.
