This #FIFA draw might be the most sycophantic, embarrassing nonsense I’ve ever watched.

Infantino is truly the sycophants’ sycophant

This image makes it look they were checking the French player for offside. Her shirt sleeve is clearly offside, I’m not sure which bit of the England player is offside.

0️⃣ or 1️⃣. KDB and Isak are in the firing line if leaks confirm they’re out, if not, I’m tempted to move Saliba on to Kerkez, and bench Konsa.

Yesterday was a great day!

Curtis Jones got sent off vs Spurs, he got the ball first, but it was considered to be with excessive force. I see nothing different here. Red card IMO.

What a four weeks. 261k to an overnight rank of 41k (though I did cap Palmer, so it’ll likely slip back a little). BB, WC & FH still to play.

History buffs will know that every authoritarian leader eventually converges on some version of: "I *am* the state. I can not break the law, I am the law, the law is instantiated in me."

Our march to authoritarianism so far has been excruciatingly by-the-book. Hitting every beat. No surprises.

I’m sticking with Salah TC. I think playing AM chip makes either FH in 29, or several hits in the lead up to it, much more likely. I’d rather FH in a week with more blanks, so I’ll save AM for later 🤞

I appreciate that isn’t one reason. Soz.

He’s returned in five out of seventeen matches, scored fewer points than Damsgaard and McNeil, and isn’t on set pieces. Other than that, I love it, great pick 👍

Very tempted to start Robinson over TAA. I have Gabriel and Timber, so there’s only one place up for grabs…. Thoughts? #FPL

If we don’t hear anything, then he’ll play on Sunday IMO. It would be very unfair to rule a player out less than 48hrs before they play, or after the PL gameweek has started.

I could get Isak this week (assuming Cunha is banned), for a hit, if I downgrade RAN at the same time, but it’d be to a £4.0, and I already own Greaves….

Do you think you can get away with a £4.5m FWD after Xmas? Once the fixture congestion is over, and minutes more secure as a result, five in midfield offers much better value IMO. There are certainly many more options at £5.6m or below.

Black Doves is great fun! Pulpy, fast paced and witty dialogue. All sat alongside the vulnerability of Wishaw’s trigger man and the hardened pragmatism of Knightley’s spy.

Start two of Cunha, Pedro or Fernandes? Other MIDs and FWDs are Saka, Salah, Palmer, Rogers and Jackson.

The irony of being called ‘The Silent Majority’ while desperately tweeting for help, hawking for votes from overseas.
Currently The Silent Majority stands at 5.2% of eligible voters (assuming they’re all eligible).

Indeed. As I said, in their shoes, I’d be posting on both. We, as punters, have the power to move them away from X by not engaging with it, I don’t think they that same power (or privilege, if their livelihoods depend on engagement).

If all punters left X, no creators would post there, but that isn’t the case and, in your shoes, I’d be using both too.

Fair enough. For me, the benefits far outweigh any negatives. If someone responds to a post, that’s all I see, which is great.
I guess ultimately it’s about where people like me choose to engage, rather than where creators choose to post.

However, I appreciate that as creators, engagement is more important, so the line is more blurred, and the benefits less obvious as a result.

I think the experience for bigger accounts and people like me (or any old Joe Bloggs) is different. As a punter, rather than a creator, I much prefer coming on here and reading FPL chat on my terms, without the bots, the random followers, the ads etc.

To be fair, I had Jimenez in her starting lineup all along.
