Today's the 5th anniversary of when I got top surgery. Still cannot believe how fast time has flown by. It's kinda crazy just how comfortable and happy I feel in my own skin these days, and I'm not exaggerating when I say getting top surgery saved my life. Forever grateful ❤️🏳️‍⚧️
