Solar-terrestrial data display from N0NBH dated 31 December 2025 at 14:57 GMT. The composite image shows three panels: a yellow-tinted SOHO solar image on the upper left, a day/night world map in the center, and a red solar disc image on the lower right. Data readouts indicate SFI 182, sunspot number 130, X-ray flux M6.6, K-index 1, A-index 8, and geomagnetic field very quiet. VHF conditions show all Aurora and Sporadic-E bands closed with good EME degradation rating. HF conditions display poor propagation on 80m-40m, good on 30m-10m during daytime. Bottom section shows an HF propagation bar chart from 160m to 6m with color-coded bands ranging from closed to good, and a 64% solar flare probability.

Solar Flare Probability 64% – Chance of further M-class flares that could cause brief HF blackouts (Mögel-Dellinger effect) on the sunlit side.

With an SFI of 182 and quiet geomagnetic conditions, 20m, 17m, 15m, and 12m are today's prime bands.
