HSI document: "Clocks." Underneath is the image of a full sleeve tattoo, with a clock that's resting on top of a dove, along with a name under that which is too blurry to read.

Screenshot of Instagram post from February 17, 2016, of the tattoo. This original image is not as blurry, and there is a watermark which had been stripped from the ICE HSI image. Someone notes in comments a week ago that Texas has apparently been using this tattoo as a gang identifier, so clearly others noticed.

And finally, what kicked it off; @itstygrey.bsky.social found the original source of the clock tattoo in the HSI document. A British tattoo artist posted it to Instagram in February 2016, and it appears to be on the arm of a British guy named Pete.
