Maybe if someone came in with a trade in they wanted and a middle of the pack credit score.

No, because the sales people won’t make enough money on the deal for it to be worth their while. I’m guessing they’ll be auctioned off and the dealership owner will write off the loss.

You don’t get a medal for finally doing the thing that you should have been doing the whole time, especially if it’s just now convenient for you.

For context, Caleb Miller at C&D said the Ioniq 3 looks like the Veloster. Thomas Hundal @theautopian.bsky.social said it feels like a Veloster.

We planned a trip to the city months ago, and this week found out it’s supposed to be one of the worst traffic days ever. Wish me luck, please, I need it.

Are you implying that this is not a bulletproof plan?
Every 15 Minutes costs a ton of money and there is no evidence that it changes young people’s attitude towards drinking and driving at all.
I encourage all parents who are involved with their children’s schools to ask “How much does this program cost, who is paying for it, and is there any evidence that it works?”

Cat reads newspaper! So the McBarge was a floating McDonald’s built for some expo in Vancouver (yes, British Columbia no one ever talks about the other one) back in 1986. It was supposed to continue to operate, but that didn’t happen. So it changed ownership a bunch of times and a bunch of people had plans for it, but none came to fruition. It’s now sitting derelict in some slough, half sunk. My plan is to make it seaworthy and refit it as a restaurant/bar that would look really great in social media posts. Then, tow it down to San Francisco Bay and park it near Pier 39 or Sausalito. Floating restaurants have been tried many times but they were always too small and too exclusive. I’m thinking of a concept where people can just hop on, grab some drinks and snacks, and take some selfies. The fact that it was a McDonald’s 40 years ago would add interest. Who’s ready to invest?
I should buy the McBarge
