DDOS attacks do not inherently scrape user data by themselves. Howevere, they can scrape user data by acting as a smokescreen for other attacks or by using application-layer floods that mimic legitimate traffic to access data-heavy endpoints.

Distributed Denial Of Service (DDOS) attacks are never good. The question is, why DDOS or conduct any cyberattack on a social media site in the first place? The only logical answer is hackers want to sell user data they collect. Stay safe out there.

Baseball is fun.

Made an #AmericanTruckSimulator dedicated server just for the heck of it for me and friends to utilize. It was quite easy to setup as someone who likes messing with IT related things. It’s nice to have that option so that way the session is persistent instead of needing to start a new convoy session

As a tech guy and nerd, I love it when platforms use open source protocols to allow developers and hobbyists to build onto and potentially help improve the platform that’s built.
