Deep space 9 is really good with this. It’s Star Trek but slice of life. I saw 1-2 seasons and it was pretty good (I’m not a Star Trek fan) but it’s got some very good slow burn arcs they start to set up and I heard like the show gets crazy good when the set ups starts getting paid off
