It's easy if you try.

A tomato watch means that conditions are "ripe" for growing tomatoes.
A tomato warning means that tomatoes have actually been spotted; immediate action is called for to harvest, cook, and/or consume said produce.

I haven't bought gasoline since February 12th. My next fill-up may be an eye-opener!
