But PMDD doesn't have to be a death sentence. Once diagnosed, there is strong evidence that premenstrual disorders respond well to a number of treatments. If you suspect you might have PMDD, please don't give up until you have answers. A happier, healthier life is possible.
Although there are several effective treatments for PMDD, lives are lost when these conditions go unrecognized or ignored by doctors. Up to 51% of people with PMDD engage in self-harm, 72% experience suicidal ideation, and 34% will attempt suicide at some point because of their PMDD symptoms.
April is Premenstrual Disorders Awareness Month. Conditions like premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and premenstrual exacerbation (PME) are common, severe, and under-diagnosed conditions. There are ~4.2 million people with PMDD in the US alone, and I'm one of them.

@bryanquick.bsky.social an interesting decoy mystery!
Faded plastic female Mallard duck decoy with brownish body, bits of orange left on beak, and a hint of the purple-blue speculum feathers.
Two weeks ago I found a female Canvasback duck decoy in my flooded woods. Then lost I her. I started seeing her again a few days ago and was able to retrieve her this morning. But it's a different decoy. A female Mallard. Where are they coming from?

A small brown bird perched on an old wooden fence post. It looks poised to take on an adventure or possibly just grab a meal.
Always wonderful to see a good #FencePost complete some lichen and topped off with an excellent bird

I really wish more people had paid attention when several observers tried to warn about the technofascist and eugenicist tendencies of thiel and karp and that group, for rolling up on two decades, now.
And i *Really* wish the media & political actors would take the threat of them seriously, today 😕
Extremely normal and fine for a company to put this in a public statement
