After the strike on the Syzran refinery, one of the largest in the Rosneft system, the main ELOU-AVT-6 unit was disabled and several tanks damaged. The plant produces a wide range of fuels, including jet fuel, and supplies the Russian military. Local gas stations have already limited fuel sales.
