hey! i saw your Illinois video come up & i wanted to reach out and say if you ever do arkansas you should definitely look up the osborne houses! there’s 3 of them to choose from and they have a really cool history in little rock! they all have really cool features (one has a car on window display)

50x40 feels too big but 20x30 feels too small ☹️

i wish nordhaven had some slightly bigger lots or at least some more variety bc i love the build style but i’d love to make some larger builds that dont feel so constricted
