All of the movies I'm looking forward to watching this year seem to be on the list I've been building of late 70s to early 90s SF/F B-movies. It began with that Roddy Piper-featured classic of post-apocalyptic ridiculousness, "Hell Comes to Frog Town."

Tell people when you like something about them, their art, their laugh, their style, their energy, their voice, their way of being in the world, Don't assume they already know, or that it won't matter. You have no idea how far a few honest words can go. You might be the reason someone smiles today, or the reason they keep doing what they love.
