We always appreciate a somewhat unique flag (tincture? color?). From the Province of Salta, Argentina, comes a medium-busy flag from the seal-on-a-bedsheet tradition (deprecatory). However, they utilized a burgundy color and two black strips as their very bold (laudatory) background!

There is nothing, per se, wrong with the iconography; however, in our humble opinion, the flag (like most US State flags) is very poorly designed.
