I’m told that The Commonwealth of The Bahamas is another country, and it’s the only time I’ve gotten to use my passport. Here I am enjoying some sun before getting into their beautiful ocean during our recent four-night cruise onboard the Disney Wish.

They released Duran Duran (The Wedding Album) and Thank You at the same time. I haven’t opened Thank You yet, but will definitely be giving it a proper listen as time allows. It was such a polarizing release among fans. Just finished Side D of this album and am all smiles.

Timeless! I love it just as much today as I did listening to it for the first time 33 years ago.

@duranduran’s 1993 self titled album Duran Duran (The Wedding Album) has been reissued for the first time since its original release. The 2026 reissue is pressed on two 12” 33 RPM black vinyl records, packaged in an embossed gatefold jacket. I’m so happy to finally have this album on vinyl!

We had a great time in Ventura and Oxnard and enjoyed our afternoon/evening back at home. We took turns playing some of our new records, walked the pug, and closed out the night with the Nine Inch Noize set from weekend two at Coachella on YouTube before crashing into bed.

Stood in line for Record Store Day, then loitered in Oxnard long enough to grab lunch at Yard House before making starting our way home. Satisfyingly good, albeit in a different way than yours.

It sure can be a hassle. My usual over-the-counter allergy pill isn’t helping.

It’s been brutal lately here along the coast.

I love chicken tenders! We were on a Disney Cruise last month and let me tell you… chicken tenders hit different at sea! Disney has perfected them, both in their parks and on their ships. Not a bad meal the whole time, but I dream about those golden, crispy tenders! 😋

It can pop up anywhere on your body and the pain is unreal. I’ve done the two-part vaccine now that I’m in my 50s as a precautionary measure. My reaction was minimal.

Hope you feel better as the day progresses.

Ultimately, I couldn’t take it anymore and decided to seek professional help. There was little they could do to help as they said I was past the worst of it. They prescribed Lyrica for the nerve pain which helped some, but talk about constant misery. I’m really glad you got the vaccinations, Kev!
