I cleaned two bathrooms, the downstairs loo, the kitchen and sent Roomba round before leaving for Wembley. If that doesn’t do it nothing will!

Please tell me there is a thread going for suggestions of things that would be a better use of his time, such as watching paint dry, banging his head against a wall, looking for four leaf clovers etc etc
Ugh
Can’t smile without you…
They’re ready
Watching BBC News & the juxtaposition between an item about law changes to stop children dying in mouldy unsafe housing with a line of well heeled farmers about to protest having to pay a little more (but still less than the rest of us) inheritance tax…maybe some of the changes are good

So, to translate, an “unusual” penalty means “a penalty that will only be given against Arsenal” #differentrules
Just heard the sad news about Britt Alcroft, she was much loved in this house. The world she brought to life gave my son a framework to be able to make sense of and communicate with the neurotypical world, and I will be forever grateful. youtu.be/fAfm9Df1y44?...

It’s one of those adverts too that looks like it was made for a global market and maybe it works in some other culture 🤷♀️can you tell I spend too much time thinking about these things? 😂
Agree! It’s just pitiful. Would have made more sense if he then sang to the public in an actual concert. So lame I wonder if it’s an actual true story they thought was uplifting. One where you can’t believe no one in the room when it was pitched said er maybe not!
This article makes for harrowing reading.CPD on ‘healthy fear’? These are the types of stories I hear in my work. It’s not just happening in Hackney.
When I hear stories like those from the academies in Hackney, I think that mental health professionals have to speak up. In these schools, it sounds like teachers were being encouraged to use fear to control young people. For some of them the mental health effects lasted years. 1/
What class an age of women would he accept claims from? I’m sure they’ll be some along in a minute. It’s just the “middle-class women of a certain age” have at least some of the wherewithal to challenge a powerful man first off.
The challenges for autistic people who don’t have a learning disability can be just as huge, cruel and impactful. Sort of thing I’d expect to read in the DM if I’m honest. This is skewing the argument about disability in the same way the right skew the argument about immigration, & just as harmful.
There are so many things in this article that are objectively incorrect I can’t even begin to challenge them. Yes, people with learning disabilities are at the bottom of all the piles, autism or not. It’s not the fault of the efforts of anyone at a perceived slightly higher level of the pile.
Oh for goodness sake. I thought in the autistic community we had got beyond blaming one group of autistic people for the treatment of another group. Things haven’t got better in schools for anyone, they’ve got worse. 1/3 www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...
