Absolutely. I'm very surprised because the first Alan Wake was like a 7/10 for me at most, mostly due to the sluggish first few hours. But 2 was stellar, it had a few slow sections, but for the most part I was hooked. I do think the face close-up jumpscares were heavily overused though 😅

This weekend I finally got round to beating Alan Wake 2 and it's DLCs. Honestly, one of my favourite experiences in a while, so well made. A must-play.

Absolutely obsessed with Herald of Darkness (the Game Awards performance is what sold me on the game).
