also i think probably many people dont know about that problem so it would make sense to have that info somewhere when uploading because not everyone finds a random callout post from bsky, but definitely thanks for spreading the word!

i think there must be a lot of new artist who dont know about that and upload in their biggest resolution thinking they are helping. is there also like a pixel width / height that is recommended max or for regular character art?

i think furaffinity should explain their best practices more clear so i dont have to read it on a random twitter post. what i find scary about jpg is that if you open it export and open it again and export it wears down over time just like mp3 so coming from sound im always wary about non losless

ok! so i export it 2 times once for patreon and once for furaffinity. and the other social media convert it on its own so uploading png or jpg there does not make a difference right!
