After 6 years at Mashable, I was laid off along with many of my other colleagues at Ziff Davis. I’m really proud of the work I did while I was there, and so grateful for all the amazing people I got to work with. My heart goes out to everyone else who was impacted — you deserved better.

Trans kids are not a bargaining chip. Being trans isn’t a culture war. Not giving an inch in my support for trans and nonbinary people of all ages to live freely and openly, and neither should you. Gender is what we make of it, and that’s what they’re afraid of.
