We don't really have PTO in NZ. My contract is 15h a week, I'm struggling with the lack of structure, it keeps changing and so many Teams meetings.
I am glad to live in New Zealand and to work for a non-profit who cares about the wellbeing of its staff, but it has still been stressful and taxing. I'm so tired I haven't written a word in ages 😔
