In a word? Exhausting. In another word? Profitable. Got my hands on an ancient mysterious slate so I'm very happy.
Posts by Dawn.
Oh, you know, sailin' around the world.
How's it been?
Face masks, because it's easy and I'm too tired to do anything that involves getting up, or you know, moving.
And um, snacks? I've got snacks.
Hell yeah, now we're talking. Let's pamper ourselves.
You want some?
Keepin' it fresh.
Ugh, how do I open this thing?

Well this is an interesting development. Maybe we should get to know one another?
Need more curses.
Maybe she's going to back down.
For now.
Could this be a *really* bad idea?
“I have never gotten lost in my life!”
She gasps in faux outrage, flashing a grin as she vanishes around the corner to get ready for bed. Within ten minutes she's crawling in under the covers.
“I did not get lost.”
She can hide her presence online, that much is a piece of cake, it's everything else that looks... Challenging.
She'll begin by reading about Chitose herself. Best to know her enemy.
Sounds like she has a whole lot of work ahead of her.
Time for research. Lots and lots of research.
Dawn's favorite.
“Bedtime. I won't make you carry me this time, but only cos my legs will never wake up if I do. Meet you there?”
That's what's got her attention. So many treasures. Highest risk, highest reward. But was she stupid enough to actually try it?
At last Dawn looks up, an apologetic smile across her lips, eyes tired from a long night of reading, but bright nonetheless. With one hand she slams the book shut and drops it with a satisfying clunk onto her desk.
“Done. I'm all yours.”
This may be the wrong woman to steal from...
“I didn't say you had to stay up and wait for me! Let me just finish this page...”
She's been learning some self defense. Seems more important now than ever.
Oh boy.
What kind of food?
Nope.
I am looking respectfully.
Those two know each other?
Oh shit.
It is what it is, I guess.
They use us, we use them.
